What is the Snow Triple Play?
The Snow Triple Play is a new multi-mountain ski ticket product coming to the Northeast this season. Each Snow Triple Play comes loaded with a total of 3 uses that can be redeemed for Lift Tickets at any of our participating ski areas this winter season.
How many ski days are included in the Snow Triple Play?
Each Snow Triple Play is valid for 3 total ski days during the winter season. You can use up to 2 days at the same ski area, but not all 3 days. You must visit at least 2 different ski areas to get the full 3 days of use from your Snow Triple Play.
Are there blackout dates on the Snow Triple Play?
Some ski areas will blackout dates, when the Snow Triple Play is not valid. Other ski areas do not have blackout dates. PLEASE CHECK CAREFULLY the “Restrictions and Redemption” dropdowns for each individual ski area on the Snow Triple Play website for the most up-to-date information. The Snow Triple Play is non-refundable.
Ski areas with no blackout dates: Mountain Creek, Pleasant Mountain, Mount Southington, Kissing Bridge, Sommet Saint-Sauveur, Sommet Gabriel, Sommet Olympia, Sommet Morin Heights, Ski Martock.
Ski areas with blackout dates:
– Big SNOW: December 25, 2025 to January 1, 2026
– Oak Mountain: December 26 & 31, 2025; January 17, 2026; February 14, 2026
– Plattekill: December 26, 2025 to January 3, 2026; January 17-18, 2026; February 14-15, 2026 (open Fridays to Sundays)
– Ski Butternut: January 17-19, 2026; February 14-16, 2026
– Gore Mountain: December 25, 2025 to January 1, 2026; January 17-19, 2026; February 14-22, 2026
– Belleayre: December 25, 2025 to January 1, 2026; January 17-19, 2026; February 14-22, 2026
– Whiteface: December 25, 2025 to January 1, 2026; January 17-19, 2026; February 14-22, 2026
How do I use my Snow Triple Play?
Redemption requirements and restrictions vary by individual ski area. In general, you will go to the ticket window with your Snow Triple Play sale code/ confirmation code and be issued a lift ticket for the day. You will not receive a physical pass or card. Please refer to the ski mountain profiles on our site for blackout restrictions and redemption instructions for each participating area.
I have more than one person on the same receipt. Do we all have to ski together?
No. For multiple customers under the same receipt, any combination of people can redeem ski lift tickets for the day. In fact, two different people can ski at two different ski areas on the same day. Just have everyone skiing for the day go to the ticket window with the bar code or sale code, and each individual customer will be looked up using the same sale code.
Can I use all of my visits at one area?
No. The Snow Triple Play was designed to encourage adventure and exploration of new ski areas. As such, you can only use a maximum of two visits at any one ski area. This means you will need to visit at least two of our participating areas to realize the full benefit and to use all 3 visits.
Can I share my Snow Triple Play or my visits with a friend or family member?
No. The Snow Triple Play is intended to be used only by the individual that the digital profile is linked to. Snow Triple Play and visits are not transferable.
Can I purchase more than one Snow Triple Play?
Yes, you may purchase as many Snow Triple Plays as you like, either for your own use or for family and friends.
Is there a Child, Senior, or Military Discount?
No. The Snow Triple Play is the same low price for all skiers and snowboarders. Some partner ski areas have discounted tickets for children, seniors, or military – check their websites for more information.
Will I receive a physical card?
With your Snow Triple Play purchase you will receive a confirmation email with access to your digital product. You will need to show this digital profile to our participating areas following their check in instructions listed on their ski area overview to redeem your visit for the day.
I purchased a Snow Triple Play but I can’t find my barcode. What should I do?
Log in to your Snow Triple Play account using the email address that you used to purchase the Snow Triple Play.
I bought more than one Snow Triple Play for multiple people, but I only received one barcode. Where are the other barcodes?
Each purchase has only one barcode associated with it. If you have multiple people on the same transaction, each person will use the same barcode to be looked up. Individuals can also be looked up in the system using the email address for the different individuals on the transaction.
When can I start using my Snow Triple Play?
You may start redeeming your Snow Triple Play visits as soon as our partner areas open for the season unless otherwise noted in the restrictions on their ski area profiles.
Can I purchase a Snow Triple Play as a gift?
Yes, the Snow Triple makes a great gift for the skiing and snowboarding friends and family in your life. Just follow the prompts when purchasing to ensure a successful surprise delivery.
What happens if I don’t use all of my visits?
Snow Triple Play visits are valid only for the winter season in which they are purchased for. All visits must be used by April 30, 2026 unless otherwise stated. Any visits not used by the end of the winter season will be forfeited and not refundable.
Can I cancel my Snow Triple Play if I can’t use it?
We’re sorry, but the Snow Triple Play is a non-refundable and non-cancelable product.
Why is there a processing fee on my purchase?
The 5% processing fee added to your total at the time of purchase covers your credit card processing and administrative fees associated with the product. We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay
Can my Snow Triple Play privileges be revoked?
Yes. Your Snow Triple Play access is the discretion of our ski area partners. If any partner determines that a customer exhibits improper, endangering, or illegal behavior, the Snow Triple Play and all privileges and benefits associated with the product will be revoked for a specific period of time up to and including the remainder of the season, dependent upon the nature of the offense at the discretion of the ski area staff and Snow Triple Play
